I develop fitness programs and wellness strategies that are tailored to your specific needs and help you reach your goals.
Along with one-on-one personal training, I offer boot camps and group personal training. These sessions are a great option for those looking to train on a budget.
I have experience training a wide range of clients from teens to older adults and with varying goals levels of experience. I also have experience in conducting fitness tests for both workplace competency (police force) and personal assessment.
I offer sessions both online (via video link) and from my home gym in Willetton, which includes a wide range of equipment that suit all fitness levels.
HOW DO MY PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS WORK?
In our initial consultation, I will help you to devise realistic goals based on the information that you have provided.
I will then develop an initial training program that is tailored to your specific goals and guide you through each exercise using the correct technique. In addition to this training program, I will offer advice relating to other areas of wellbeing including nutrition.
I will continue to advance your exercise programs as you progress and offer additional lifestyle advice when necessary.
